The AHI – AI Hub of Innovation is the result of dedication, perseverance, and a shared vision to create a project that not only inspires, but also addresses essential issues such as food, energy, data, and job security. Through numerous advancements and the collective efforts of a diverse team, consultants, and contributors, this project has transitioned from a mere vision to a tangible, off-the-grid sustainable innovation hub. It adheres to ESG mandates and aligns with provincial, federal, and global directives, including carbon-neutral goals for achieving a low to zero carbon economy. With 1.3 million square feet of developable and leasable space, as well as plans for 250MW 150MW battery, 50MW solar of on-site green and renewable energy, the project aims to make a significant impact in global markets. Featuring a diverse range of tenants such as vertical farmers, breweries, data centers, and technology companies, the campus serves as a template for replication and innovation across various industries. Additionally, the project encompasses advancements in 5G technology, autonomous vehicle research and development, and transportation infrastructure for commercial EV and hydrogen vehicles. By joining our community, tenants will have access to reliable green energy and significant cost savings while contributing to sustainable strategies. This collaboration with Havenz Smart Communities exemplifies our commitment to leveraging technology for smarter, sustainable operations. We invite innovators, entrepreneurs, and global companies to join us on the path to Net Zero and become a part of this transformative project.

The project's journey begins with the birth of the vision for a large-scale development focused on food, energy, medicine, and waste. Initial concept planning and a global review of projects set the stage for what would later become the AHI - AI Hub of Innovation.

A milestone year marked by the advancement of the first site, now known as the AHI - AI Hub of Innovation. Project planning, successes, and setbacks ensued, with the development permit secured prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite challenges and the passing of key individuals such as the prime architect, the project persevered.

Energy takes center stage as a crucial component of the project, emphasizing green, renewable, and carbon-neutral practices. Teams start coming together, and advancements in the mission of promoting food, energy, and job security are made.

With over 120 consultants, 20 firms, and a new master plan in place, the project gains momentum and secures alignment with various provincial and federal grants. An advanced development permit for the on-site district energy system is progress, with ongoing progress on environmental and regulatory fronts.

Anticipation builds as construction is set to begin on the project, kicking off the development of the on-site facilities for future tenants. This marks a significant step forward in realizing the vision of the AHI - AI Hub of Innovation
