With 1.3 million square feet of developable and leasable space, as well as plans for 250MW 150MW battery, 50MW solar of on-site green and renewable energy, the project aims to make a significant impact in global markets. Featuring a diverse range of tenants such as vertical farmers, breweries, data centers, and technology companies, the campus serves as a template for replication and innovation across various industries.
