Also available · Powered land

We build the power.
You bring the design.

AHI’s primary offer is finished 10 MW Secure Data Halls. For partners who want their own building, powered land is also available: build your own hall — to your design, as long as it meets the AHI Developer Guidelines, Red Deer County’s bylaws and our good-neighbour standards.

Three ways in

Secure Data Halls first. Powered land if you want your own building.

01 · Secure Data Halls · primary

Take a finished hall.

Operated infrastructure in 10 MW blocks. You bring racks and GPUs.

  • Direct-to-chip closed loop
  • N+1 · concurrently maintainable design
  • Self-operated or managed
02 · MSC immersion

Add immersion.

Single-phase immersion alongside our halls — for GPU and ASIC fleets that suit it.

  • Deploys beside DTC halls
  • Same power, same campus services
  • Sized to your fleet
03 · Powered land · also available

Bring your design.

A powered pad on titled industrial land. You design and build the hall; we build and run the power.

  • Platform-agnostic — any closed-loop or waterless cooling, any OEM
  • Grows in 10 MW steps
  • Within the AHI Developer Guidelines

The framework

Your design. Our guidelines.

Freedom inside a framework is what lets a campus grow without surprising anyone. Every building — ours or yours — meets the same standards.

Bylaw

Red Deer County first

Consistent with the County’s Land Use Bylaw and industrial district. Every building earns its own development permit through the public process.

Neighbours

Good-neighbour sound

Every building is designed into the campus sound plan, so the whole site is designed to meet Alberta’s AUC Rule 012 standard.

Water

No municipal water

Closed-loop or waterless cooling. Nothing asked of the municipal system.

Design

Permanent, enclosed buildings

Campus standards for massing, materials, lighting, screening and landscaping.

Power

One power platform

Power delivered from AHI’s on-site generation at campus switchgear. AHI builds and operates the power.

Safety

Safety & security

Fire protection, secured perimeter and operating protocols aligned to code and to campus standards.

The full AHI Developer Guidelines are shared with qualified parties under a confidentiality agreement.

How it works

Step by step.

Step 1

Conversation

Who you are and what you want to build.

Step 2

Fit check

Your concept, reviewed against the guidelines.

Step 3

Agree terms

Powered land and power set out in definitive agreements.

Step 4

Design & permit

Your design, permitted through the County’s process — with our support.

Step 5

Build & energize

In 10 MW steps, as each one is ready.

Ranges, not rate cards.

Blocks start at 10 MW and grow in 10 MW steps. Capacity, timing and terms move as the campus advances, so we confirm them directly with qualified parties — not on a website.
