The Site embeds services that may collect information under their own policies when loaded in your browser: Google Maps (campus map), Google Fonts (typefaces), and, where present, YouTube video embeds. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers on the Site.
The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Embedded third-party services (Google Maps, Google Fonts, YouTube, where loaded) may set their own cookies under their own policies — you can block these in your browser without losing access to the Site's core content. The private portal uses your browser's local storage solely to operate portal features on your own device (for example, remembering activity within a session); this data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us as a tracking record. By continuing to use the Site after this notice, or by submitting a form, you consent to the collection described in this Policy; where we need your consent for anything beyond that, we will ask expressly (for example, by checkbox).
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and manage inquiries (under confidentiality), with professional advisors, and where required by law or to protect our rights. Portal verification information may be shared with our legal counsel for compliance purposes.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (including securities record-keeping periods), and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.
Breach notification. If a breach of security safeguards creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will notify you and report to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (and, where applicable, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta) as soon as feasible, as required by PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA, and we will keep records of all breaches as the law requires.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting us below. We will respond within the timelines required by PIPEDA/PIPA. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 18; we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
