AHI — AI Hub of Innovation is a development-stage energy and data campus at Blindman Industrial Park, Red Deer County, Alberta, developed by Havenz Smart Communities Inc. (Lead Developer) in partnership with Turning Stone Developments (Lead Investor); both are general partners. The first phase (10 MW) is under construction. The first phase is planned in the 10–30 MW range, delivered in 10 MW increments, each of which requires its own permits, studies and public process before it is built. Anything beyond the first phase is a master-plan or long-range planning objective, not a commitment.
Statements on the Site about future capacity, milestones, dates (including “first power” and “first halls” targets), availability, uptime, grid interconnection, expansion, master plans, pathways, financing and similar matters are forward-looking statements. They reflect current plans, engineering design and approvals secured to the date shown, and are subject to risks and dependencies that could cause actual results to differ materially, including regulatory approvals, capital availability, market conditions, counterparties, supply chains and construction conditions. Words such as “targeted”, “planned”, “in development”, “pathway”, “master plan”, “designed to” and “expected” identify forward-looking statements. Renderings, visualizations, maps, site plans, zone descriptions and animations are illustrative only. Photographs and drone footage show the site at the date they were taken. Design, engineering and legal-plan documents are not published on the Site.
Technical figures — including power ratings, PUE, redundancy, availability, cooling performance, fibre and network characteristics — are design values or design targets at the date shown, not measured results or guarantees. “concurrently maintainable” describes design intent and equivalency only; it is not a certification by the Uptime Institute or any other body. Service levels, if any, are defined only in executed agreements.
Information on the Community Information page and elsewhere on the Site about sound, water, emissions, light, traffic, jobs, procurement and property tax is provided in good faith to inform neighbours and the public. Sound levels referred to are the permissible sound levels under Alberta Utilities Commission Rule 012 and engineering design values; independent studies are summarized, not reproduced, and the studies themselves are filed with the relevant authority through the applicable process. Assessed values and tax amounts are set by the municipal assessor and the applicable tax bylaws. Workforce figures vary by phase and are confirmed with the County as phases mobilize. We make no representation about any specific property, property value, person or outcome. The commitments published on the Community Information page describe how AHI intends to operate; they are statements of intent, updated as the project advances, and not contractual terms.
Statements about permits, approvals and regulatory processes describe their status at the date shown, as we understand it. Approvals may be conditional, may be amended and are granted by the relevant authority alone. Descriptions of the AESO, Alberta Utilities Commission, Red Deer County or provincial processes are our summaries and do not speak for those bodies. Future phases require their own applications and approvals, which may or may not be granted.
