The AHI campus is a development-stage project delivered in phased 10 MW increments. Statements on the Site regarding future capacity, milestones, dates, availability, uptime, pricing, financing, grid interconnection, expansion, and similar matters are forward-looking, are based on current plans, engineering design, and approvals secured to date, and are subject to risks, dependencies, and change without notice. We describe a pathway, not a completed state: no representation, warranty, or guarantee is made that any future phase, milestone, capacity, or performance level will be achieved, completed, or achieved on any timeline. References to "Tier III-equivalent" describe design intent and equivalency only and are not a third-party certification. Financing figures are program capacities and indicative rates only, subject to structure, credit approval, and final documentation.
Content on the Site is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, engineering, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own independent investigation and for obtaining professional advice before making any decision.
Access to the private portal is limited to persons we verify and provision individually. Portal materials are confidential; you agree not to access, use, copy, or distribute them except as expressly permitted, and to comply with any non-disclosure terms that apply to you. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
The Site and its content — including the AHI and Havenz names, logos, text, plans, renderings, images, and video — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own information only; no other licence is granted.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping, interfering with operation, misrepresenting your identity or investor status, or using content in a misleading manner.
The Site may embed or link third-party services (for example, maps, fonts, and video). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AHI, AHLP, AGRITECH HAVEN INTERNATIONAL INC., HAVENZ SMART COMMUNITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (THE "AHI PARTIES") WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE AHI PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the AHI Parties from and against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Site or portal; (b) your breach of these Terms or of any confidentiality obligation; (c) your violation of law or of any third-party right; or (d) any reliance by you or by anyone receiving information through you on Site content, including forward-looking statements about this development-stage project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, sitting in Calgary, for any dispute relating to the Site.
We may update these Terms and the Site at any time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
