The story

Sixteen years of assembling what others keep apart.

Havenz began in Alberta real estate and entrepreneurship — land, development and the discipline of delivering what was promised. Building and aligning as the real estate and build arm behind RISE Basketball added something most developers never learn: what a community asset must deliver every single day, at the standard families expect.

Those two threads — development capability and operating capability — became one platform. Today Havenz originates, assembles, capitalizes, delivers and operates major projects, with the AHI flagship in Red Deer County proving the model in steel, power and fibre.

Sunny Sarpal — Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Sunny Sarpal has spent his career assembling the pieces major projects need and rarely find in one place: land and land development, infrastructure and project assembly, capital and commercial structuring, and the partnerships that hold them together.

Under his leadership, Havenz has grown from Alberta real estate roots into an integrated development platform — anchored by the AHI flagship in Red Deer County, delivered in partnership with Turning Stone Developments. His work spans Indigenous and strategic partnerships, technology-enabled operations, and community and sports development, with a consistent long-term focus: durable Canadian infrastructure leadership that strengthens the communities it touches.
