AHI — AI Hub of Innovation × Turning Stone: an Indigenous-owned partnership at the forefront of Alberta’s AI campus

AHI is developed by Havenz Smart Communities and delivered in partnership with Turning Stone Developments — the Métis-led, Indigenous-owned Lead Investor and general partner led by Ron Maurice, founder of Maurice Law, Canada’s first Indigenous-owned national law firm. First Nations ownership at the centre, institutional-grade returns, and one flagship: 10 MW in construction on 119 titled acres in Red Deer County, appraised at $382.8M.

Structural steel up, electrical rooms advancing, and the first Rolls-Royce mtu packages in place — the campus is now 77% of the way to first power, with 20–100 Alberta trades on site at any given time.
