Step by step, within a framework: three ways to build compute at AHI

A finished hall, immersion, or powered land for your own design — one power platform, one set of guidelines.

Step by step, within a framework: three ways to build compute at AHIBlog · Powered land

People ask us two questions more than any others: Can we take a hall? Can we build our own? Often, yes — subject to fit with our guidelines, approvals and definitive agreements — because AHI was designed around one idea: we build the power; you choose how you build compute.

1 · Take a finished hall. Secure Data Halls come in 10 MW blocks — operated infrastructure with direct-to-chip closed-loop cooling. You bring racks and GPUs.

2 · Add immersion. Single-phase MSC immersion can deploy alongside our halls, for GPU and ASIC fleets that suit it — same power, same campus.

3 · Bring your design. Powered land is a pad on titled industrial land, served by our behind-the-fence generation. You design and build your hall — your cooling, your OEM, your layout — and we run the power.

The framework is the point. Every building on campus, ours or yours, meets the same standards: the AHI Developer Guidelines, Red Deer County’s Land Use Bylaw and the industrial district it sits in, our good-neighbour commitments on sound and lighting, no municipal water, and permanent, enclosed buildings. Every step earns its own development permit through the County’s public process. That is what lets a campus grow without surprising anyone.

Ranges, not rate cards. You won’t find prices or fixed schedules on this website. Capacity, timing and terms move as the campus advances, so we confirm them directly with qualified parties — step by step.
