AHI at the Canada Investment Summit — one of 167 projects

In September 2026, AHI — AI Hub of Innovation took part in the Canada Investment Summit in Toronto — one of 167 projects from across Canada featured at the Summit.

We are proud to have been there, and we want to be precise about what it means. Taking part is not an endorsement, an approval or a funding commitment from any government, and we do not describe it as one. It was a chance to show how we build.

What we said in Toronto is what we say everywhere. AHI is built step by step, within a framework: 10 MW at a time, each step earning its own permits and studies through Red Deer County’s public process; power generated on site, behind the fence; no municipal water; and Indigenous partnership built into the general partnership through Turning Stone Developments.

None of that changes after a week in Toronto: approvals first, neighbours first, one permitted step at a time.
